Olive oil from historic olive trees

This artisan, extra vergine olive oil is made from quality olives from the historic olive trees growing on our lands within the Natural Reserve on the South side of volcano Stromboli.

The olives are picked directly from the trees by hand. Then, the olives are taken to the oil mill and are processed using exclusively mechanical and physical methods (among other things the temperature is kept below 30°C throughout the process) to ensure that the oil is obtained without altering the quality characteristics of the fruit.

It is golden in colour with a slight greenish touch and has a taste and aroma of a Southern summer day and an aftertaste of a blend of almonds and pine nuts.
